Meet Jackie

With over 35 years of experience in yoga, I became a yoga teacher to share the profound benefits I’ve discovered through personal practice. My journey began with a simple desire to feel more connected to my own body and mind, and over the years, yoga has become an essential part of my life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

I believe yoga should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My teaching focuses on helping individuals build a deeper connection with their bodies, learn effective breathing techniques to manage stress, and develop a regular practice that supports overall health and wellbeing. Whether you're a beginner or returning to the mat, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore, grow, and thrive through yoga.
